This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, costs, and related information. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we typically process and prepare it for shipment within **1-3 business days** (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your orders across India. The specific carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and package size to ensure the most efficient delivery. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

  • Metropolitan & Tier 1 Cities: Typically 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Typically 4-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Locations (including North East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep): May take 7-12 business days or longer, depending on accessibility and courier serviceability.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical disruptions, regional holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances faced by the courier companies. FragZone is not liable for delays caused by such external factors once the package is in the hands of the courier.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹1999 or above, after any discounts are applied.
  • Orders Below ₹1999: For orders below ₹1999, a flat shipping fee of ₹120 will be applied at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your airway bill (AWB) number and a link to track your package's journey. You can use this information on the respective courier company's website to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's system after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If they are unable to deliver the package after these attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable, incorrect address provided, premises locked), the package may be returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin).

In the event of an RTO due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or repeated unavailability, re-shipping the order will incur an additional shipping charge, which will be communicated to you. If a refund is requested in such RTO cases (and if applicable under our Refund Policy), the original shipping cost and any RTO charges levied by the courier company may be deducted from the refund amount.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and a valid contact number.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your decants securely to prevent leakage or damage during transit. Each decant is typically sealed and bubble-wrapped or placed in protective casing within the shipping box.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship orders within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Some locations may have restricted serviceability by our courier partners. If your PIN code is unserviceable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, if any, or process a cancellation and refund if delivery is not possible.

Perfumes are classified as items that may have shipping restrictions via air freight due to their alcohol content. We comply with all regulations for shipping such items, which may sometimes influence the choice of courier or delivery timeframe.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at care@fragzone.co.in with your order number and the new address. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

FragZone reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
